*Coggins - Provide last year's copy.  If new, make sure to provide ACCURATE spelling of horse (registered) name, year of birth required every 12 months for horses transported off the property for showing or across state lines for any reason.

$20 Hold Fee payable to RideSport Stables if you will not be personally attending and holding your horse - and Anoka payment must also be arranged in advance.

Cash or Check Payment is Due at Time of Service -.  If Anoka doesn't have your credit card on file prior to Vet Day, cash or check will be required. 

(Please, do not sign up your vaccinations or services with Anoka directly for these days - that will result in double counting of vaccinations and time allocation)

***ALL BOARDERS*** 

To assure that all horses are able to consume the calories they need to sustain themselves and to be able to move around in the pastures on good feet at all times of the year, RideSport Stables enforces two policies for ALL boarders.

 #1  Teeth Checks will be mandatory at least once a year.  There is no charge for the check when done on Vet Days. If a float is recommended, it must be scheduled that day or within 2 weeks.

  #2 Farrier Trims/hoof maintenance will need to be regularily scheduled - with a minimum requirement of 4 times per year.   (Assume a regular schedule of every 8 weeks - with some adjustment in spring/summer and fall winter depending on grazing, weather conditions, etc.)

For Coggins results done through Anoka Equine as of 1/2011 or any other local clinic, for online results/accounts:  boarders must have coggins linked directly to Ridesport as barn agent providing the coggins is within 12 months.    For new boarders that have online access and need to forward coggins to Ridesport:   For Sara to receive a copy:  Login to your account and then on the left, select "profile", and select "animals". Simply press "search" and all of your horses will come up. Click on box(es) under "select" and then hit "Add to Agent". Type agent name "Ridesport" above and press search.  Click/open Ridesport Stables name and select "yes" to allow access to documents.
